These downloads are the same illustrative examples used by Rental Kit Check. They are not live prices, supplier inventory, manufacturer certifications, or customer records.

Start with a small example

• Download illustrative inputs JSON for the Import JSON button.
• Download Kit inventory CSV example. CSV columns: item,required,onhand,unitrate in USD,bundle. Use one inventory line per distinct item.
• Download Existing bookings (optional) CSV example. Optional CSV. Leave blank or keep only the header when there are no prior bookings. Columns: booking,start,end,item,quantity. Any inclusive date overlap reserves stock.

Replace assumptions before using a result

Keep units and column order intact. Replace example values with dated measurements or source specifications. Save a separate private copy of your inputs, then use the tool to validate and recalculate them.
