What works here
Enter your own inputs, compare the calculated results, and export a report. You can save one input snapshot in this browser and import or export input files. Examples are illustrative and do not represent live prices, inventory, or customer records.
Clear limits
- The planner uses the entered inventory and booking rows only; it is not a live reservation system or synchronized calendar.
- Date overlap is inclusive and does not model pickup, cleaning, repair, transit, or buffer days unless you add them as booking ranges.
- Rates are manual planning inputs and exclude deposits, taxes, delivery, labor, and damage waivers.
Privacy and access
The tool does not require an account or a paid subscription. Calculations, attachments, and exports stay in your browser. There are no active ads, affiliate redirects, or checkout integrations. Optional Cloudflare Web Analytics is loaded only after explicit consent.
